DIY Wall Christmas tree

- Washitape or gift ribbon / Washitape of kado lint (kruidvat €0,89)
- decorative garlande / decoratieve slinger (kruidvat €0,99)
- LED lights / LED lichtjes (kruidvat €1,99)
- scissors / schaar
- tape/ plakband
- ruler / liniaal
Start with a clean (WITHOUT any ridges) wall. Create at the bottom a "tree trunk" ( my case the socket). Draw an imaginary line to the top, or tape it with an another piece of ribbon. Start with going outwards and measure that piece of washitape or gift ribbon and now you can do it easily on the otherside.Do it with a ruler to be exact. It's really hard to explain how this goes, but look at the pictures. Once you're done with the whole tree, you can start with the garlande and the lights. Stick them criscross . If you want you can still make all kinds of ornaments and decorations out of paper and tape it on there. I chose for origami lucky paper stars as ornaments (click here for the DIY).

Als je wilt kan je nog allerlei kerstballen en versieringen maken uit papier en dat erop plakken. Ik heb gekozen origami sterren erop te plakken als kerstballen (klik hier voor het DIY)
Don't forget about the star right! It took me so long about this, and my sister came to help me. It was difficult to have the lines even. It's still not perfect as I want, but this will hide under the pretty christmas lights and garlande.
Vergeet de piek niet! Het heeft me ontzettend lang geduurd, en mijn zus kwam later mij helpen. Het was moeilijk om de lijnen recht en hetzelfde te hebben aan de andere kant. Het is niet perfect zoals ik wou, maar dit verdwijnt onder de gezellige lichtjes en de slinger.
